Project Scope Controls

Each project should have a written scope, proposal, invoice, or agreement describing deliverables, revision rounds, timeline, fees, and responsibilities. Work outside the agreed scope may require a new quote or change order.

Revisions

Revision rounds are intended to refine approved project direction, not to create a completely new concept or replace the original scope. Delayed feedback, new goals, new assets, or major strategic changes may affect timeline and pricing.

修改轮次用于完善已确认的项目方向，而不是重新创建全新概念或替代原始范围。反馈延迟、新目标、新素材或重大策略变化可能影响时间和费用。

Deposits and Payments

Deposits, retainers, rush fees, completed work, strategy work, consulting, research, AI exploration, and approved milestones are generally non-refundable unless a written agreement says otherwise.

除非书面协议另有约定，定金、预付款、加急费、已完成工作、策略工作、咨询、研究、AI 探索和已确认阶段通常不可退款。

Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may decline refunds for completed work, client delays, change of mind, unused approved deliverables, third-party platform issues, or outcomes outside Dodva Studio’s control.

退款请求将逐案审核。对于已完成工作、客户延迟、主观改变、未使用但已批准的交付物、第三方平台问题或 Dodva Studio 无法控制的结果，我们可能拒绝退款。

Final Approval

Once you approve deliverables for launch, publishing, export, transfer, or commercial use, you accept responsibility for final review, accuracy, compliance, and use.
