As-Is and As-Available

Services, deliverables, websites, content, AI outputs, automations, chatbots, integrations, and recommendations are provided “as-is” and “as available,” unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Excluded Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dodva Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, business-interruption, reputational, platform, or third-party damages.

Liability Cap

Where liability cannot be excluded, Dodva Studio’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for final decisions, approvals, publishing, platform submissions, compliance review, and use of all deliverables in your business.
